Game Meat Week 2025 officially begins today. Across Europe, FACE Members and partners are celebrating the week by highlighting game meat as a healthy, local and sustainable food source that connects people with nature and supports rural communities.
Throughout the week, many countries will hold their own Game Meat Week activities, while others will continue promoting game meat through their national campaigns during the year. FACE stands ready to share and support Members’ initiatives at any time – before, during or after this week – to ensure broad visibility and engagement.

The main objective of the campaign is to maintain a consistent and visible #GameMeatWeek message, reinforcing the important role of game meat in sustainable food systems and in enhancing the social acceptance of hunting.
Through this collective effort, hunters once again demonstrate how hunting contributes to biodiversity-friendly projects, sustainable living and Europe’s rich food traditions.
