Two members of the FACE team, which are falconers, took part in the 2025 International Association for Falconry and Conservation of Birds of Prey (IAF) Meeting, which was held from 20 to 22 October 2025 in Galanta, Slovakia. The meeting was hosted by the Slovak Falconers Club and the Slovak Hunting Chamber.

In addition to the formal Council of Delegates Meeting, participants were invited to a falconry presentation at the Maximilian Hell Elementary School in Štiavnické Bane, followed by a tour of the St. Anton hunting manor in Banská Štiavnica (Múzeum vo Svätom Antone). The day concluded with a gala evening.

After the Council of Delegates Meeting, participants were also invited to take part in a hunting field meet organised by the Slovak Falconers Club in the surroundings of Galanta. Ahead of the official Council, the Slovak falconry community hosted an optional international eagle meet in Rimavská Sobota.

The Council of Delegates Meeting provided an important opportunity for falconers from more than 20 countries, including those joining online, to exchange views on the future of falconry and its role in conservation.
